i have tried it a few times. i found that it was pretty difficult to learn how to use the reformer and also the movements were extremely difficult. good workout though, i want to keep doing it but not my favorite thing ever. it wouldn't be the end of the world to fall off the machine though, you can just get back on
have you tried pilates? i’ve been curious to try it but fear my experience would mirror yours with yoga or worse - like falling off the machine.
